We find businesses through direct outreach to business owners considering retirement or a scaling partner and discussions with brokers and advisors
2. How we operate
Management teams continue to run the business day-to-day. We are there to be a sounding board and sparring partner for broader strategic questions and decisions. Where current management wants to leave at the point of sale, we will first look within the business for suitable alternatives
3. How we grow
We invest in the current business for growth, support acquisitions and strengthen governance using a battle-tested value creation playbook forged by years of successful implementation

Founder and Managing Director
I founded Argon Group Capital to build a category-leading mission-critical business. Growing up, I had a front row seat to my parents experiences as entrepreneurs in the construction, manufacturing and retail industries. I acutely understood the ups and downs present in growing and sustaining these businesses. My parents took pride in their work, looked after their people well and built deep trust with their customers over the years. I want to continue their legacy of success, care and trust as I venture out on my own to start and scale businesses.
I have over a decade of experience advising, partnering and investing in founder-owned businesses gained through my experience in private equity, management consulting, oil trading and banking. Over the course of my professional career, I have cemented my expertise in the energy, industrials and infrastructure sectors – where I focused on investments, commercial and operational strategy, and end-to-end value creation. Anyone who knows me understands my passion and affinity for the physical and built environment, which originated as a 15-year-old in my secondary school Chemistry lab.
